Ivanka Exceed took out her appeal of a judge's buy requiring her to indicate at the civil fraudulence test next week after an appellate court chose not to pause her testament.
Thursday evening an allures court refuted Trump's request to postpone her testament until her legal representatives could make debates before the panel that she should not be required to show up.
